When will you have the space completed and open for bigger events?

We are currently open, and taking reservations for smaller groups. Our building will be complete and ready for spring 2024. You can make reservations now for groups over 100 people beginning May 1, 2024.

Can you help me coordinate my event?

Yes! We’re happy to coordinate flowers, cake, live music or a DJ, photography, and many other details. Contact us for pricing and details.

Will the store, restaurant, and bar remain open during my event?

Generally, yes. The store, main tasting bar, and some indoor seating will remain open to walk-in guests. There are options to rent the entire facility in some instances. Let us know if you are interested in this option, and depending on your dates, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I bring my dog?

Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome on our patios. 

Which options are covered in case of rain?

Distiller’s Alley is open-air on the sides, but fully covered. The Distillery is fully indoors. The South Patio has sun shades but does not provide full rain coverage.

Can I bring in my own food truck? What about a cake?

Generally, Yes! We love our local food trucks. You’re welcome to use a food truck. However, if you rent the entire restaurant, you will need to meet certain minimums, including food and beverage. We don’t recommend having an event with several hundred people and only one food truck. We can help you use both! For example, passed appetizers or a cold bar can work well for your hungry guests alongside your unique food truck option. Bring in your own cake for a minimal fee. 

Are you a distillery?

Our distillery is around the corner at 124 W Elkhorn Ave., but all our fantastic products are available for tasting as well as for orders at the Full Throttle Bar & Grill.

Can my event include live music?

Yes! We have two stage options - we can set up a stage for you in Distiller’s Alley or the South Patio. There is a $250 setup fee for the stage.

Can I hold a private tasting for my guests?

Yes! Our private events come with a private bartender and a dedicated tasting pourer for your party of 40 or more.

Do you offer alcoholic options in addition to the Full Throttle brand?

Yes! We have a full bar, beer, and wine. We have standard liquor options as well as all the unique flavors we make at our distillery. 

Is Full Throttle Distillery & Grill the best place to host a wedding reception in Estes Park?

Yes! But we might be biased. We offer amazing views, indoor/outdoor spaces, live-music, table arrangements, and much more! For our out-of-town guests, we make it easy to host an event by partnering with local vendors. Our team does it all!
